An optical head for laser hardening of internal surfaces — the areas that are hard to reach with anything else. Based on the FLW D30 head, it works to a depth of 150 mm through a minimum working hole of 70 mm, at up to 2 kW, with the beam entering at 30° to the normal. A camera is built in for setting the processing path, which matters when the surface being treated cannot be seen directly. It carries protection against both environmental contamination and reflected radiation.
