Fibre laser sources
The core product line, across a power range that covers thin-sheet processing at one end and heavy-section cutting and welding at the other.
LaserNext works with VPG LaserONE, a vertically integrated developer and manufacturer of fibre laser sources, laser systems and advanced photonics technologies. Their engineering is the foundation under what we specify, integrate and support here.

VPG LaserONE is a heritage photonics house: decades of foundational work in solid-state crystalline synthesis, high-pulse diode pumping and the quantum electronics underneath both. That is a depth of process knowledge which cannot be bought in, and it is why we build on it rather than around it.
The arrangement is a strategic knowledge partnership. Systems are manufactured and customised in Bengaluru under the Make in India initiative, so what you buy is specified, integrated, commissioned and supported by engineers you can reach — on laboratory-to-field standards that have been in use for thirty-five years.
Core technology → Components → Laser sources → Systems & automation → Applications & service
Four lines, developed and manufactured in-house rather than assembled from bought-in parts.
The core product line, across a power range that covers thin-sheet processing at one end and heavy-section cutting and welding at the other.
Complete cells rather than a source on a bench: motion, control, extraction, safety and the process recipe, delivered as one commissioned machine.
Built to the quality system that medical devices require, with the clinical application rather than the source as the starting point.
The optical components and fibre technologies that the laser work depends on, developed in the same house rather than specified out to a supplier.
Up to 60 kW of power, with the beam quality and processing precision to use it — the two halves that a power figure on its own does not tell you.
Rigorously tested systems built for 24/7 operation in demanding conditions, which is the duty cycle an industrial line actually runs at.
Full control of the value chain — quality, security of supply and the ability to change something deep in the stack when an application needs it.
Continuous R&D by 500 specialists, measured by what reaches a production floor rather than by what reaches a conference.
Global support, application expertise and long-term commitment — the part that matters in year four, not in week one.
ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015
Two minutes on the facilities, the process chain and what comes off the end of it.
