LaserNext works with a photonics research group under a technology and knowledge partnership. That is a working relationship between engineering teams: architecture, design review and know-how transfer. It is not a distributorship, and this catalogue carries no other company's product names or marks.
The group's fibre and solid-state laser work dates to the early 1990s, through the period in which fibre architectures moved from a laboratory result to an industrial power class. The engineers involved hold foundational experience in high-power fibre architecture, diode pumping, crystalline gain media and quantum electronics.

Yes. For anything involving a process rather than a bare source, a trial on your own material is part of quoting, not a favour afterwards. The parameters found are recorded and handed over with the quotation.
LaserNext states its own certification status, not a partner's. Where a certification is held it will be named here with its scope and its certificate number, and where one is in progress that will be said instead. Nothing is described as certified before it is.
Spares, protective optics and wear parts held locally, engineers who worked on your system rather than a queue, operator training before handover, and service intervals quoted with the system so the running cost is known at the start.
Yes, and that is the preferred way to start. A requirement document lets us answer line by line and say plainly which items we can meet today, which need a development step, and which we cannot meet.
They depend on the configuration and on which items are in stock, so a real number belongs in a quotation rather than on a web page. What we will not do is quote a lead time we have no basis for.
No. The medical platforms and fibres on this site are in development and are not offered for clinical use. Device classification and regulatory approval status will be stated per product and per market on those pages before anything is offered.
Yes. Sources are available as OEM modules with documented command sets over Ethernet and serial, with the interface documentation supplied rather than kept behind a support contract.
