An attachment for powder laser cladding that feeds material and shielding gas into the focusing area from four sides at once. Feeding from four sides is what makes the process independent of the direction of travel — a single-sided nozzle lays a different bead going one way than the other, which on a complex-shaped part means the path has to be planned around the nozzle rather than around the work. It carries additional protection against reflected radiation, takes up to 10 kW, and its modular construction covers a wide range of head focal lengths. Fully compatible with FLW D50 heads.
