A cutting head built for the top of the power range, in 20 kW and 40 kW versions. Two things decide whether a machine can actually use 40 kW: the mass the gantry has to accelerate, and whether the body stays rigid while it does. This one weighs about 6.2 kg and has a rigid, dust-proof sealed body, which is what lets the machine's own mechanics run at the accelerations ultra-high-speed cutting needs. A high-speed precision lens mechanism gives +20 / −30 mm of focus adjustment, the gas system is optimised for both low and high pressure, and remote LED indicators put warning and service signals where the operator is rather than inside the head. Compatible with VPG LaserONE sources.
