Laser cleaning system
Pulsed cleaning to 60 m² per hour at Sa 2.5, air-cooled, from a 220 V supply — around ten times cheaper to run than sandblasting.
Built to orderIndustrial
Download the datasheet (PDF)Pulsed laser cleaning in two configurations: V2, a six-channel head for delicate work that lifts contamination without touching the substrate, and X, a single-channel head with a 250 µm waist for productive removal of heavy rust, paint and powder coating. Cleaning reaches 60 m² per hour at Sa 2.5 to ISO 8501-1, there are no consumables beyond the protective windows, and the whole unit runs from an ordinary 220 V supply.
